2026 American Heart Association Southwest Missouri Heart Walk
Hi everyone! I walked and volunteered again this year at AHA's Southwest Missouri Heart Walk on June 6, 2026, at Jordan Valley Park in Springfield, Missouri. This was a very fulfilling event I was a part of to bring awareness to our public regarding heart disease and stroke. Heart disease is something that has greatly affected my family, and I want to make sure that everyone knows the dangers of such a disease and why we must work together to combat it.
Together, we can fundraise and help fight heart disease and stroke, which is our country's No.1 & No. 5 killers.
